Two points worth recording

• The Himalaya Exchange carries a wire fraud count only — there is no companion securities fraud count for it, whereas the Farm Loan Program and G|CLUBS each carry both wire and securities fraud counts.
• The form contains no finding of any loss amount. The entire sentencing-phase dispute over the $1.3 billion loss figure therefore proceeded without a jury finding on amount.

The form closes with a "Final Instruction" directing the jury to stop, sign the form, and notify the Court Security Officer.
