Trustee Letter · Resumption of Stayed Adversary Proceedings

pending the conclusion of the trial in the above-referenced criminal case before this Court.

Stay Order Recited

On March 22, 2024, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order (the "Stay Order"), which provided, among other things, that the Civil RICO Action and the Omnibus Alter Ego Action are stayed pending the conclusion of the criminal trial.

Resumption Notice

With the criminal trial having concluded in July 2024 (the jury returned its verdict on July 16-17, 2024), the Trustee notifies the criminal court of his intention to seek resumption of the previously stayed adversary proceedings. The letter is informational — providing notice rather than seeking relief from the criminal court.
