Offenses of conviction

The defendant pleaded guilty to two counts and was adjudicated guilty of:

• Count 1: 18 U.S.C. § 371 — conspiracy to commit wire fraud, offense ended March 15, 2023;
• Count 2: 18 U.S.C. § 371 — conspiracy to commit money laundering, offense ended March 15, 2023.

All open counts were dismissed on the motion of the United States.

Sentence

• 120 months (ten years) of imprisonment, in the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons;
• The Court recommended that Ms. Wang be designated to a facility in the eastern United States, preferably in the New York area;
• The defendant was remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal.

The judgment also requires the defendant to notify the United States Attorney for the district within 30 days of any change of name, residence, or mailing address until all fines, restitution, costs, and special assessments are fully paid, and — if restitution is ordered — to notify the court and the U.S. Attorney of material changes in economic circumstances.
