摘要
According to Guo Wengui, the “Architecture and Art Project” is the code name under which the CCP (its top leadership in Zhongnanhai) registers its many illegitimate children abroad, raises them from childhood, and elevates them into the political and business elite of their host countries. By his account, the project has three steps:
- Register — catalog the illegitimate children abroad (said to be so numerous they must be centrally managed or control would be lost);
- Raise — these “red descendants” are seeded globally through surrogacy, IVF, and mixed marriages, then raised from childhood with funding, sent to elite schools, and groomed along an elite track; each is said to have a dedicated code number and a single-line contact;
- Elevate — as adults they marry into the host country’s political and business circles and run for office, gradually taking seats as legislators, deputy premiers, presidents, and the like, embedding CCP influence in the upper levels of foreign politics.
In his disclosures Guo points to certain already-elected foreign politicians as “models” of this pattern (specific names are not reproduced here). The claim is one of the Whistleblower Movement’s allegations about CCP overseas infiltration, often mentioned alongside “Blue-Gold-Yellow (BGY)” and other “unrestricted warfare” narratives.
